If your faucet leaks when the handle is in the ‘off’ position it means the interval valve is broken or damaged and needs replacing. Although a dripping, leaky faucet can be a nuisance, it can increase your water bill!

Myth #6: Should I Use a Plunger to Retrieve an Item I Dropped Down the Drain?

Sometimes trying to retrieve a lost item with a plunger can do more damage than good, as it can flush the item further down the pipe. It’s also never a good idea to use a plunger after you’ve used a chemical drain cleaner – a back-splash from this could result in skin or eye damage.
